Our Tibetan singing bowls are handmade in India in the traditional way: each bowl is driven out of a single cast block with hammers until it reaches its final shape.

The bowls have a warm, full and long-lasting sound and are often used for relaxation. Typical applications are meditation, yoga exercises, sound therapy and sound massage.

At about 11 cm across and some 320 g this is the smallest bowl in the range: light enough to be held in one hand and easy to take along. Its tone is bright and clear and works well to open and close a practice.

Because every bowl is formed by hand, size, weight, surface and tone vary slightly from piece to piece. The bowl comes with a matching cushion and striker.
